A Message from Cindy

Every month, I am reminded that recovery is about so much more than physical healing. It is about finding encouragement, building friendships, and knowing you don't have to face the journey alone.

Although we continue to operate from our temporary location, our mission remains unchanged. Each week, survivors and caregivers gather to learn, laugh, encourage one another, and continue moving forward together. Watching those connections grow is a powerful reminder of why the Stroke Life Center exists.

As we look ahead, we are excited about two upcoming opportunities to bring our community together. Our Euchre Tournament on September 10 promises an evening of fun and fellowship, and preparations are well underway for our signature event, Thriving Like a Star, on November 5.
